Pregnancy gets a lot of attention—and for good reason—but what comes after birth is just as important. The fourth trimester is a time of massive physical recovery, emotional adjustment, and learning how to care for a tiny human who depends on you completely. And yet, so often, parents are left to navigate it alone.

That’s where support comes in. Postpartum care isn’t just about checking on your baby; it’s about checking in on you. It’s helping you heal physically, emotionally, and mentally. It’s offering guidance for breastfeeding or chestfeeding, helping with feeding challenges, sleep, or scheduling, and simply being present so you don’t feel like you have to figure it all out on your own.

Every parent’s postpartum journey is different, and there’s no one “right” way to navigate it. Maybe you need help with:

Feeding – whether breastfeeding, pumping, formula, or a mix

Emotional support – postpartum anxiety, depression, or the overwhelm of sudden responsibility

Physical recovery – navigating birth trauma, cesarean recovery, or body changes

Sibling adjustment – helping older children transition to a new baby in the house

Daily life – meal prep, chores, or just having someone to hold space for you

I’m here to meet you where you are, to guide, hold space, and give the care you need during this vulnerable season.

I’d love to hear from you: what’s one postpartum topic you’d love to learn more about? Let’s make space to talk about it openly—because your care matters just as much as your baby’s.
